The post about "Error Code #10417 " below is not solved...why was it closed? I have read then entire 22 page thread and there is not one concrete solution just a bunch of double speak. Why is paypal acting like this problem doesn't exist when hundreds if not thousands of people are expiriencing the same frustration.
