My ebay account "Totals" column shows that the money looks to have been sent but when I go to my paypal account it only shows the amount of the mailing fees. Also, there is an hour glass sign on the ebay account that when I hit that tab it says" payment was initiated thru paypal". When nothing comes up on paypal - what does that mean?
