Desperate for information

This is probably the wrong forum but maybe someone can help. I changed my address thru Papal. Whenever I buy something it comes up shipping to my old address. When I fix the address, then I'm not considered a buyer with a confirmed address. I have been dealing with paypal for a number of years.

I don't know what else to do.  Does paypal have a phone number so I can speak to a real live person?

I just ordered something on ebay and paid thru papal and it happened again. Good thing I was paying attention or I never would have received my item. I changed my address with the post office well over a year ago so they no longer forward mail.

Can someone help me, please?

Hello nitewind, 

To talk to a Real Live person, log into your PayPal account and click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen. When you call PayPal directly we will be able to take a look at your account with you to see what is going on in regards to the addresses listed on your PayPal account.
