Contacting EBAY/PAYPAL support team is like running around in circles endlessly

I recently concluded a transaction with an Ebay seller.  The transaction produced an ID number, a receipt number and an Ebay ID number.  I need to file a dispute claim against the seller guess what?  Each time I post all 3 references, I get an invalid references.  How do you resolve a problem if you can't even get on base?

I have found out one thing, ebay/pay pal are the same thing when it comes to trying to pay for item. If you get locked out of Pay Pal you can not go to the other source of payment because it will give you the same answer that you got from Pay Pal.

You are so right about trying to contact ebay/pay pal support. I didn't have to jump through this many hoops and circles when I bought my home. And they still can not give you a correct answer.
