so i am trying to unlink my bank account from my student paypal so i can use it on my regular paypal, but everytime i try to unlink it it says, "We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions." but my mom showed my the permissions and I have permission to do EVERYTHING and she CAN NOT unlink it because it has to be done on my account! HELP ME
