I sold an item to an Ebay user on August first, 2011. They just emailed me on 9-8-11 telling me the item was defective. I check all my items before shipping them. They are telling me they found it defective when they went to use it. In my Auction it says No Refunds. But I was going to replace the item since they bought 3 of them at different times. Now the person wants a Refund or to replace the item. Can a Buyer file a claim against it if I just send the same item back to them that was sent to me?
