PayPal Bug?

I'm really hoping there is a very simple and obvious solution to my problem and I just haven't figured it out yet.  I have sent numerous emails to paypal support with no luck.  They told me to clear my cookies/cache, which I already do at the end of each session.  When I go to my profile->more options->personal info-> I am taken to a page with an error that I do not recognize. It reads:

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

message

description The requested resource () is not available.

Apache Tomcat/5.5.15-150

I don't know what apache is or what the rest of that is supposed to mean, but if there is something silly I can do to fix this I would be so thankful.  I even created a new account but am having the same problem.  It's been at least a month now.  I am using Mozilla FireFox 3.6.12.  Please, there has to be at least one person out there who knows what this means and who might point me in the right direction!

I get the same error message when I click on the "My Personal Info" link.  I've never clicked on that link before, and so... I don't know if it has ever worked or what is supposed to be at that link.

What personal information were you wanting to access and/or change?

I'm relieved to hear it's not just something I am doing!  I can't say that I have ever clicked the link before myself, or that I even remember it being there.  The reason I wanted to use it in the first place was after reading through Paypal's Privacy Policy and updates I read that if I wanted to Opt-Out of any programs where my information was shared "all I would have to do is go to My Personal Information and click the Opt-Out button."  I've been doing this on just about every website I visit and the fact that I can't on PayPal is starting to feel very sketchy to me.  Maybe I'm paranoid, but I've already had strange new monthly charges show up on my phone bill from third-parties who managed to get ahold of my personal information from who-knows-where.  I think it should be Opt-In, rather than Opt-Out.  Would save me a lot of trouble!
