Firefox can't find the server at history.paypal.com

I can no longer see my transactions, ship items, etc. Everytime I try to see a particular transaction and click on it, I get this:

I am having the same problem using Chrome:

The server at history.paypal.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the web service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.

Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.

Can log on but can't see any history.

Connection times out waiting.

i am also having the exact same issue down to the exact desrciption.

I am using firefox and can't access any history.paypal

It comes up for me on the 3rd try, consistently.

Let it time out twice, 3 time it loads.
