I recently purchased some items from Wiggle.co.uk because it was "free delivery". My purchase was far beyond the "free delivery" threshold. Today the items came, but I was asked to pay $35 for COD (Collect on Delivery) charges. I did not pay, because those were not the conditions of the purchase. What can I do? Has anyone experienced anything similar?
