unable to link a bank account to my paypal account

I am unable to link my bank account with my paypal account. No dropdown of Kenyan banks in my dashboard. Please help

The option to add a local bank account is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to your wallet and only the card option OR U.S bank account option is there then you can't add one in your country.

Paypal will automatically take payment from any confirmed card during the payment process.
