"accept the Direct Debit Mandate" problem when connecting bank account with paypal account

Hi everyone!

I am experiencing this problem when i am trying to connect my bank account with my paypal account... After verification process is done, it asks me this:
"To pay at checkout with this bank account, you’ll first need to accept the Direct Debit Mandate. Complete setup"

Then i push on COMPLETE SETUP and it shows me this error message:

"PayPal: Internal Error
We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
Return to Home"

It's several days that it is doing like that.

Did anyone experienced something similar? Have you got a solution?

i think some banks require you to send the letter accepting it with your signature

This was happening to me too when but I was doing it on the mobile app, as soon as I did it on my laptop it was done and it was all fine
