problem with paypal

Guys please help me out! Paypal has been acting reallly difficult for me lately. 1. my saldo was negative, i tried to pay it but it kept saying that something went wrong 2. i cant link my card to my account, i had it linked before but it unlinked cause the card was blocked i fixed it now and it works perfect but i still can link it, i keep trying to pay the negative balance but it wont work. Now they permanently limited my account, i think its because i was trying too much…i linked my dads card and now im waiting to get a 4digit code to confirm the card, then ill try to pay my negative balance and ill probably delete my account. Can someone tell me whats going on?? thank you so much and sorry for my bad english!
