debit card getting declined

Hey , i am trying to link my yes bank's debit card cobranded by mastercard to my personal paypal account , but the card is getting declined .

I would like to know the reason for the issue or the solution to solve the problem .

Hey thanks for the reply ,  none of the issues written in the article is applicable to the issue which i am facing . 

Even after putting the correct details the card is getting declined
