so today i tried to link my rbc visa credit card to my paypal, but it just won’t link. i called my bank but they say nothing is wrong with my credit card i called paypal, they tried to lift security restrictions but it still didn’t work whats funny is i borrowed my parents credit card to see if it would link to paypal but their card couldn’t link either and whats even more weird is that i unlinked a prepaid card that was already on my paypal and tried to link it back again and it rejected it too i don’t know what is wrong with my paypal account and is in dire need of help what might be the issue?
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

that doesn’t explain why it rejected my physical bank card, and as for my prepaid visa card, i was able to link it before, but when i unlink it and try to link it back, it didn’t work
