I have been using PayPal for more than 10 years and have been able to purchase using my PayPal since day 1, but now I can only WITHDRAW FUNDS but I can't buy anything using PayPal because they tell me bank account has not been verified, my bank account was verified at time of setting up PayPal over 10 years ago. I tried to verify my account (again) by asking for the 2 small deposits and they never arrived and that was more than 2 weeks ago, so PayPal told me on the 18th Feb they would manually request 2 small deposits for me and she said they where sent out on 19th Feb......I never got them, I even checked my spam folder and nothing from PayPal except a email in spam with a RED FLAG saying this message does not look safe ?? What the heck is going with PayPal, it seems to have gone to the dogs.
