#Greetings Please Help,Am from Malawi,I can’t send anyone or buy anything using my PayPal balance, PayPal only allows me to send or pay using my linked card! I have seen other tutorials ,that others have got several options,to send from the bank balance or PayPal balance ,they choose the best but it can’t give me those options,the only option is send from the preferred link bank not from PayPal,please help!
You can't use a balance in your country, you have to add a visa credit card to fund your purchases and to allow you to receive funds as they are auto withdrawn to your card within 3 days.
