Urgent Assistance Needed: Bank Account Re-addition Issue

I recently removed my bank account from my PayPal account due to deposit issues. Now, when attempting to re-add the same bank account, I’m encountering an error message that says “try again later.” Despite trying for the past two days, I am still unable to add the account successfully. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

You can only add a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime so have you added it x3 times already?

If not then clear cookies etc and leave it 72 hours and try again?

If that fails then reach out to customer services and see if they can link it for you?
