Unlinked bank account due to issue, cannot re-link.

I linked a Bank account to my PayPal to make a transaction, but when I tried to make another transaction with this same bank account, it asked me to link another account instead and would not let me use the account I had linked. I then removed the account to re-add it when I made a new transaction, but it said "This account needs a little help to link it". I'm new to PayPal, so any help on what to do would be appreciated, I couldn't find an option to contact Paypal themselves about this, so I'm here.

You can only link a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime, so if you keep adding/removing it then you will reach that limit quite quickly.

Secondly you can only add a physical bank opened in the U.S and not a virtual / digital bank like Payoneer or Wise.

The bank has to be in your name and match the name on your paypal account.

Did you confirm the bank with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Lastly allow 72 hours after removing it before you try linking it again and if still issues contact customer services and see if they can link it for you?
