i have money on Paypal account but Paypal wont let me use it, when i try to buy something, it wants me to enter credit card info, im not 18 and i get paid over paypal
You aren't allowed to own or use a paypal account under 18, once paypal realises you gave a fake birthdate your account will be permanently banned and any funds frozen for 180 days OR until you are 18.

Even if you are over 18 when they discover you opened a minor account it would still be permanently banned and you may have issues opening another acocunt.
