Hi, I'm wondering where to communicate on the matter.
I've been trying to sell my crypto showing on my account. I get the tab telling me it's going to ask for my fiscal info (1st sell).
However it crashes immediately informing that there is an error on their side.
I have being having this issue for over a months. I have called 4 times. Each time to be told that my concern is being transferred to the technical team and that it should be resolved within 72h... Obviously it never change anything.
My most recent call informed me that there technical team is aware of the issue and that their is no timeline to be resolved...
I thus asked if they have been hacked and lost said crypto. Just to hear "I can not give you such information".
This is relatively worrying, especially remembering the the first call when they told me they could not see that I bought crypto and asked for proof...
Is anyone in the UK able to sell their crypto at the moment?
Does anyone is aware if Paypal got hacked,... or not?
