Hello, I made two payments on July 12 but the second payment has been posted to my balance on my PayPal MasterCard. But I have spoken to multiple representatives, who state that they cannot find the first payment. I have disputed the charge through a different representative but PayPal has already received the money and I know that because I called my bank and confirmed. They state to wait another 3-7 business days to see if this "missing payment" will be processed to my balance. I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and what else I can do instead of just waiting.
