Not able to confirm my card.

Hi, please please do help someone. Yesterday I linked my card and it was linked but not confirmed. When I click on confirm the card I got the OTP with the amount charged 0$ I entered the OTP and CVV code and then submit but it was not confirmed it was showing we couldn't confirm your card please try again or contact your card issuer. I tried it again amd again but same thing happened. Someone experienced the same please tell how to sort out. Neither paypal have a good customer support number or anything. It's soo frustrated. Please help guys .

What card type is it?

Is it a card paypal support?

Does the billing address of the card exactly match your paypal account address?

Actually I did the confirm card instantly. I didn't knew about that it will take few days to deposit the amount after that we have to try for confirm the card. I did instantly and removed and link the card many times. Could you please tell me how long it take to deposit the funds.

Same here, I confirm it successfully with my bank (the same way I do everywhere else), but it still fails.

This is the first card PayPal has had problems with.
