Money paid into Paypal, now Balance is £0 - cannot work out why

• I had £20 paid to me, showed up in my payments & balance.

I went to wallet & it's showing £0 balance ..

I've checked outgoings like Netflix and it paid from bank , not taken any balance.

Cannot work out where it went, as didn't transfer it out.

Any help greatfully received.
