Lost in the Link: Resolving My Credit Card’s PayPal Account

I have a credit card which i cant link it to my PayPal account, it says this card is linked to other account, how i can remove the card and use it in my paypal account and confirm it ?

U didnt understand me, i have a card which is linked to Other PayPal account and i cant link it to my account how to fix it

Then ask the person who owns the account to remove it for you?

You are not supposed to link your financial cards or banks to another persons paypal account.
