Linking US bank account to OMAN paypal

I have been unable to link my US bank account to paypal. It keeps saying my account needs a little help and for me to contact them. How do I resolve this?

Is it a U.S bank account opened in the U.S?

Only you can't link an online / digital account like Wise or Payoneer OR a USD currency account to withdraw.

It is a Wells Fargo bank account
