LINKING A DEBIT CARD

I had a debit card linked to my account, i closed my account and opened a new one, When I add the same debit card it is mentioned that it is already linked to another account

Did you remove the card before closing the old account?

If not then you may have to contact customer services to see if they can remove it for you.
