I have a problem linking my easy pay card to my paypal account

I have a problem when linking my visa card. This message " Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." But when I contact my bank they say that the card is working fine and the problem is from paypal

I have tried to contact paypal through message us but they don't reply.

Is it a credit visa? Can't use a debit visa in your country with a paypal account.

You need a credit visa to be able to accept any funds and also for the auto withdrawal of those funds.

I had a visa debit card and it expired on March 31, 2024. With the old visa debit card, I regularly made payments and withdrew funds from the account. When it expired, I deleted it and tried to connect pay pal with a new visa card, but it won't allow me. Tried several times and my card was banned
