I can`t link VISA card.

I can`t link VISA debit plactic card. I have one virtual VISA card and didn`t have any problen with linking afew mounth ago. But now Paypal declined my linking and my bank said me that they didn`t see any request from PayPal. help me please. Thank you!

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

Hello!

I have debit line with 3 card in my bank into my account. One virtual card in national currency which I linked successfully with PayPal a few mounth ago. And now a try to link with Paypal my second debit card in EUR (real, not virtual) and Paypal rejected it. I called in my bank and they answered me that they didn`t see any request from PayPal. But they see PayPal request at few mounth ago when I didn`t have balance on my card in EUR and PayPal rejected it. Bank said me that I should ask PayPal why it don`t send link request for my EUR card in my bank.
