I can't add my card

Hello! I can't add my card in the system, after filling all needfull information there is a mistake like ( Your card is declined or It is impossible to do at the moment), I have tried to do this using several of my cards, but the problem is the same. If anyone faced with this, please help me. Tried to connect with support team, but no answer second day. Thank you in advance.

Set it up as per link above and then you can add any eligible Mastercard or Visa card.

Thank you for your reply and advise. But I already have an account and all was well. At first there was no problem like this, I had my cards in the system, but recently I deleted it and can't add again neither cards I used before nor new cards.

Do you mean you deleted your paypal account and then opened one up again?

If so did you remove the cards first before closing it?

@kernowlass, No I mean that I have account, I signed up 3 days ago and successfully added my cards in the system, but after this I deleted these cards from account, and yesterday wanted to add my new card (filled information like card number, validity, cvv) and there appears mistake that card is declined, I tried to add my other cards and there is the same problem with all of my cards, can't add in my account any of it.

Why would you add the cards and then delete them again?

You can only link a card to a paypal account a certain number of times so if you keep doing that you won't be able to add them anymore at some point.

As it is...........

 

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
