I can not add my Clear Junction Limited bank to Paypal

I am finding hard to add my bank to PayPal, I am using a Clear Junction Limited Account.
I have been using this bank for a while and It is surprising that I can not add it to PayPal as a payment option.
Please help me fix this

Its not a bank so you can't add it.
