I used to have PayPal account. Sadly I've lost my SIM card long time ago and my number is gone - including my PayPal Account. Now I've created new account, but I cant connect NEW account to same IBAN, what can I do to recive my money?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
