Hi, why i can't confirm my card? "We couldn’t confirm your info Your card is still added to your PayPal account, but you can’t use it for purchases until you confirm that you’re the owner. Try confirming again or contact the card issuer."

Think it has to be a visa credit card in your country, is that what you are adding?

I am trying to add a Visa card but I had it turned off so could not confirm the amount that was sent by Pay Pal.

I have turned the card back on now but still cannot confirm.  How do you fix this?

Is the card a physical card and not an online/digital account?

Does the billing address of your card match your Paypal account address?

Try confirming again or ask customer services to re-set it for you?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
