Hi so im from saudi arabia and im having problem when im trying to withdraw 425$ from balance to my bank (URPay) but im keep getting this error "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank."

Withdrawals to bank accounts should always be in local currency OR the opening currency of your paypal account if paypal don't support your currency.
