In past years, I could use accrued rewards dollars towards Ebay payments. I maintain high amounts of rewards on cards in my wallet. Now I am unable to use credit card reward cash on Ebay "Best Offer" and "Buy Now" transactions. The full purchase amount goes directly to my preferred payment card without an option to apply rewards credits. I accrue my rewards dollars specifically for Ebay purchases. Is this a new PayPal policy or a new Ebay policy and why?
