It has been 10 hours and I have yet to be allowed to withdrawal my ethereum. I was told it would be instant. This will be the last time I buy any cryptocurrency through your application if this issue doesn’t get resolved.

same here but its been nearly one month for me. they keep telling me its a technical problem lol
