My old card expired recently, so I removed it and added my new card. automatic purchases started running smoothly, partially. However I am now unable to manually buy anything it seems, using paypal. Each attempt, paypal tells me "To pay with this card, give it a quick update" once I input all the correct info, it "processes", brings me to the "pay now" checkout. But once I actually try to buy the product, it tells me yet again that "To pay with this card, give it a quick update"
Ive never had this issue with any previous cards, so I fail to understand why it would suddenly become one, Now.
its absolutely ridiculous.
