Cant Buy Crypto in UK

I cant buy crypto in uk its been halted. I thought this was solved and allowed in 1st December 2023 last year. Why its not still letting me buy crypto????

Has there been any updates with buying it again yet? It’s almost the end of the year and was supposed to be by the beginning!

I've been waiting and waiting for the service to return; a year on since authority was granted and still PayPal are no nearer providing the service customers want. It seems PayPal have given up on us; I'm about to give up on them and take my custom elsewhere.
I think if a few more accounts closing, or even threats to, might get them moving a bit faster and get the system up and running.
I think its appalling they don't have moderators updating threads like this to keep customers informed, but silence seems the preferred option.
