Cannot pay negative balance

I want to pay negative balance but it won’t link my bank account and says try again later. So I can’t pay balance. I used bank account before to buy 16$ thing but then it didn’t charge my bank account and PayPal took my bank account off and now I can’t link it back to pay.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function....however if it was a failed bank transfer that caused the negative balance then that option would not be available to you. Paypal would remove the bank to stop you using it as a funding source so that you use the safer option for them of a card instead (so that a negative balance could not re-occur).

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase but always check before you click to pay.
