Can’t add my bank to new account, huge mess.

I can’t add my bank because it’s connected to another account I don’t have access to anymore because it’s blocked for some reason and when I try to reset my password to that account (the blocked one) I don’t receive any emails, what do I doooooo.

If you mean its permanently limited then you are not allowed to open another paypal account, is that what you mean?

No , I am allowed to open a new account, that’s what I did but I can’t add my bank because my bank is connected to a blocked account that I can’t enter

Then you would need to either use another bank account or use a card instead OR contact customer services and see if they can remove it for you?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
