This just started for me in the last week or so. I am trying to transfer a small amount (eg. $20.00) from my linked Bank Debit Card to my PayPal account. I keep getting an error message. It asks me to put in a phone number to get a text and after I do that the screen just goes blank. I never had an issue before. I have tried with both the Google Browser as well EDGE. Not sure what the problem is and I am not having any other issues. Any ideas ?
