Adding a card

I’m from UAE and I’m trying to add a card in to my PayPal account, I tired three Visa card and it was all declined, I called all the banks and they told me there is no issue with the card , can anyone support please

Try a credit visa. 

Make sure its not a virtual / digital card and that the billing address matches your paypal account address exactly.
