Adding Funds

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to add funds but all I get is try later.

I have added a new card to try and resolve this but all I get is "We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later." 

I have been trying to clear an outstanding amount for 2 weeks so if PayPal wont allow me to add funds what am I supposed to do?

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.

Ok.... tried paying via bank and it wont let me???

Yes the other methods are possible, however this does not answer my question... why after 2 weeks am I still getting the message that there is a tech problem when processing payments using my card?
