Can't fund wallet.

Why do I keep recieving this message every time I try to add funds to my wallet? We're sorry. " We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

You haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately we can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I am from Puerto Rico , USA. I have been using Paypal for years same U.S. bank, same U.S. account, same login, same everything. This has nothing to do with my location or country.
