Hallo zusammen habe was verkauft ins Ausland. Als Privatkunde und jetzt will der Käufer das Geld wieder haben, weil angeblich das Gerät defekt ist. Wie gehe ich da jetzt vor? Zumal ja 14 Tage schon lange rum sind. Bitte um Hilfe.
