4 DIGIT CODE TROUBLE - CONFIRMING CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

As we all know, we need to confirm our debit/credit card with the 4 digit code that will be shown in our bank statement before we can finally use it for payments.

I'm having a problem in confirming my card for 2 months now and that's why I decided to post a message here.

I added my debit card 2 months ago into my account. It was all fine 'til Paypal asked for the 4 digit code. I contacted my bank about the code and it was fine.

I didn't notice the memo that I need to wait for 2-3 days before the code will be sent into my bank statement and so I got bored. I requested for a new/second code and when the first code showed up in my bank statement, I thought that was the right code that I'll be entering. When I entered the code, it was invalid and I tried 3 times to enter the code (limit for entering code).

Now, I can't put the 4 digit code anymore even if I have the right code already. When I click the link "Confirm my card", my account says that I don't have any credit/debit card associated with my account. 

Does anyone have a solution with my problem? I tried to message Paypal via Contact Us but it seems like the one who replied to my message doesn't understand my problem. I also tried to contact Paypal via Facebook but the page doesn't respond at all. 

Will surely appreciate suggestions and solutions so I can finally use my Paypal account for payments. I've lost money too from my Credit Card in requesting the codes. I hope Paypal will refund them. TIA!
