hi, i want to refund an order since the seller had not contacted me in over 6 months, which is way over the time that they have said it would take. they have also been inactive for quite a while but i bought it when they were still active. is there anyway i can get a refund if the seller is not responding to any of my messages? thanks:)

You had up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item, is it over that time frame now?
