refund did not appear on my balance

i file a case last oct 21 but they close it and the case says that they will sent my refunds and it will appear on my paypal balance soon but until now it was not appeared on my balance.

Who said you would get a refund, the merchant or paypal?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim or was it closed at 20 days post opening?

paypal answer that they sent a refund on my wallet then the case was closed now

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
