have not received my refund

I was supposed to receive a refund towards my cash app account. It was for $49.12. I withdrawal that money towards my PayPal debit card on the same day from my cash app and I issued a refund back towards my cash app account because paypal wouldn’t let me transfer my money back. however, it’s been six days. They told me to wait 3 to 5 business days until the eighth and I waited till the eighth and I have not received anything. It was issued on November the 3d on sunday. Has anyone experienced before because I don’t know where my money is I’ve contacted Cash app and they said they do not see anything processing through.
