Withdraw already reach most late

I was withdraw to my bank account at 29 oct. In application it was already success. In the email it said most late is 4 nov. But until now im still not receive my money on my bank account. Usually i withdraw was never till the most late estimation. What should i do for this issue?

We are sorry to hear that you haven't received the money transfer to your bank account from your PayPal account. If the status is showing "complete" means we have already processed your withdrawal request. However, it may take a few days for your withdrawal amount to appear in your bank account as your bank takes time to process the request. Time frame also depends on the type of transfer you have selected. Kindly refer the help centre article for more insight in the withdrawal timeframe.

Thank you for reply. In the email was said the most late is 4 nov. Is the email is just an estimation? Should i just wait a little longer?
