Why doesn't ShipStation/Auctane offer a payment method at checkout?

Where's the Class Action against Auctane/ShipStation?

 

I am tired of Auctane charging the wrong payment method. They insist on taking money from an account that doesn't have money in it. I very clearly have a preferred method of payment selected and have called PayPal several times about this issue. Despite all guided setting changes, Auctane always charges the wrong account. This ends up costing me money in bank fees. 

 

How can Auctane be allowed to conduct a transaction (shipping labels) without confirming what payment method I want to use in the first place? Every store everywhere else online gives you options, even when a stored payment method is available. Auctane offers no payment options with Auctane/ShipStation shipping labels. They take the funds automatically, and they always use the wrong payment method. I am frustrated and have removed my bank from PayPal as a result. I have lost hours on the phone with PayPal and my bank, and spent money in unnessesary fees Auctane has cost me. 

 

PayPal walks me through the settings, and Auctane continues to get it wrong. I can't be the only one.

 

Bank officially removed, since I cannot trust PayPal or Auctane to do the right thing.
